Yes have to agree with finetrond on this one.
Maybe replace the pair for carbon or something else that you’d like rather than spend that sort of money.
As for the headlight washers I’d say more likely to be the pump, but it’s worth checking the fuses first. Next check power to the pump to see if you are getting voltage.
